We replaced broken tiles, high pressure clean roof, replace valleys iron , close in valleys & valley seal, cut back gable tile edges, rebed gable tiles as needed, replace scotia with same profile timber & paint (customer has paint), rebed main ridge caps, flexi-point to all ridge caps and gables, apply moss removal treatment.( Customer has tiles No charged ) Need to disconnect water tanks Colin should have installed three way divert er before tanks.
