This roof has spots of lichen, green and black mould. The product will kill the moss within three weeks, then it break down & wash away overtime with the assistance of the wind and rain. We generally allow 12-18 months on terracotta tiles, this includes killing the black spores on the tiles, for this process (weather dependent).
